Refunds
We offer refunds up to 14 days from the date you receive your T-shirts, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags (if any) still attached.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund (if eligible).

Reporting Order Issues
If there is any issue with your order (e.g., damage, wrong size shipped, or missing items), please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. If we do not hear from you within that time, we will assume the delivery was satisfactory.

Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to any military addresses.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by Quintera (e.g., incorrect or defective products).

Non-Returnable Items
Because we only sell T-shirts, we currently do not have non-returnable items such as socks or underwear. However, any T-shirt that is obviously worn, washed, or altered may be rejected for a refund.
